Medical
Our Medical plan gives you an annual health check and as many consultations with your GP, in person or by telephone, as you may need throughout the year.
You also receive a free prescription-writing, repeat prescription and delivery service and receive invitations to our Member-only offers.
Dental
Our Dental plan provides 2 dental examinations a year (including X-rays when necessary), 2 dental hygiene appointments during the year and 20% off all dental treatments.
You will also receive invitations to our Member-only offers.
Combined
Our combined plan incorporates all the advantages of both the Medical and Dental plans at a reduced rate.
The costs of prescription-writing, repeat prescription and the completion of forms and letters are included in your membership.
You will also receive invitations to our Member-only offers for both the Medical and Dental scheme.
Important Membership Information
- All membership plans are for an initial 12 months minimum term period. Once your first year has ended a rolling contract will be in place with one months notice of cancellation being required.
- Membership must be paid annually for your first year, followed by annual or a monthly direct debit service (to be taken on or around the 15th of each month).
- One adult must join as a member before any child can join or a full adult fee will apply to the first child’s membership.
